MetLofts is an urban loft building and mixed-use development of 264 loft-style apartments with approximately 11,000 square feet of ground level retail space.  The project is located in the South Park District of downtown Los Angeles and adjacent to LA Live! and Staples Center.  A market-rate rental project with a 20% affordable housing component, MetLofts is the culmination of a CRA-led redevelopment effort to turn a once desolate city block of mostly surface parking into a vibrant mixed-income residential community including affordable, senior and family-oriented residences with flats and town homes for the physically challenged.

The project features a generously landscaped courtyard with amenities, visually open to other developments on the block and to pedestrians on 11th and Flower Streets.  The lofts range in size from 690 to 1,400 square feet in one and two-bedroom configurations.  Also available are 11 street-level live/work units and one studio apartment.

Residences are true to the loft environment.  Each unit has large expanses of glass, high ceilings, open kitchens, exposed structural and mechanical systems, with connectivity via high-speed internet.  Amenities include a screening room, TV lounge and swimming pool, fitness center and outdoor dining.
