Constellation Place

Originally designed to house the offices of a legendary Hollywood film studio, Constellation Place is a 35 story Class A office tower comprising 700,000 square feet of contemporary workplace. To best suit the needs of its high-profile tenants, the floors are large, column-free with multiple glass corners on each floor to maximize sunlight and views. The dramatically curved exterior curtain wall encloses triangular glass corners highlighted by a richly detailed facade of various glass types and natural stones.
Sited on 6 acres at the corner of Constellation Boulevard and Century Park West, Constellation Place enjoys a highly visible and prominent position at the western edge of Century City. Retail, restaurants, entertainment, and hotels are a part of this vibrant mixed-use neighborhood. The project includes a six-story parking structure with the largest array of rooftop photovoltaic solar panels in the city of Los Angeles. Generous garden spaces have been designed around the perimeter of the tower to include native plantings, publicly accessible fine art and a covered outdoor social/working lounge.
