Johnson Fain was commissioned by Forest City Residential West for the conversion of long-vacant 1100 Wilshire Boulevard, an office tower in downtown Los Angeles into approximately 230 multi-family residences. Services provided by Johnson Fain included adaptive-reuse of the existing shell and core, interior design of all common spaces, residential unit layouts and the design of the recreational swimming pool deck.
