Johnson Fain created conceptual designs for this multi-building commercial campus in downtown San Jose. The project consists of four office buildings of approximately one million square feet to include office and R&D space as well as two parking structures for 2,500 – 2,900 cars designed to be both underground and above-grade. The office and parking is organized as an integrated district. Johnson Fain provided full detailed site planning plus conceptual design and the majority of schematic architectural design.
