This 16-story, multi-tenant office tower is located on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles’ Miracle Mile, adjacent to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art complex. The building provides 205,000 square feet of leasable office space on 13,500 square foot floors. With its steel-framed structure and attractive aluminum accented exterior, this tower displays a unique design that harmonizes with the business district in which it is located. Shifting planes emphasize the trapezoidal geometry of the structure. Clad in energy efficient gray glass, the design of the tower features operable doors and windows that open onto 16 private stainless steel balconies per floor. These balconies allow natural light and air into the building’s interior and emphasize the prismatic quality of the building’s form. The main lobby features flame polished granite and stainless steel detailing. The ground floor contains restaurant, retail, and financial users.
