Studio

The Johnson Fain studio in Los Angeles is a creative environment within an open office plan.  The space is an adaptive reuse of a historic Chrysler Jeep showroom with continuous pin-up wall space surrounding a central core of workstations arranged in clusters with interspersed common tables for collaboration.  The physical space features a high-bay bowtruss ceiling with clerestories to maximize natural light and specialty areas for information technology, library, private conferences, and support.  Our staff represents a diverse cross-section of the architectural community and each team member’s skillset bolsters our collective knowledge.  Because the firm specializes in architecture, urban design + planning and interior design, a broad network exists to address every aspect encountered in designing the built environment.
