Location:  Pasadena, California

Designed to emulate the environment of a live/work loft, this landscape architecture office reflects the color pallette and spatial sensitivity the firm is known for.  Teaming areas are defined by linear workstations with large pin-up areas for impromptu break out and critique sessions.  Adjacent to the main circulation axis, teams are open to internal foot traffic and benefit from this increased exposure.

The open workstations with exposed ceilings add to an atmosphere of transparency and depth, echoed in the exterior glazing of the building.  Break out spaces include a library area, open pantry and ping pong table.  The combined open areas and teaming environments all contribute to an increased sense of community and collaboration within the office.
