Johnson Fain was commissioned by Farpoint Realty Indonesia to design VERDE TWO, a two-tower residential complex in the GoldenTriangle of the capital city, Jakarta. The 32-story residential towers provide 303 loft-style luxury residences, featuring housekeeping quarters and underground parking with direct elevator access. Art-filled galleries lead from the lobbies to elevators and ground-level amenities such as infinity edge swimming pool and terrace within two acres of tropical gardens. Social amenities include a function space, screening room, business center, library and fitness center, plus skydecks and pavilions at roof level.
