St. Paul’s Place includes a mixed-use complex in Uptown San Diego comprised of two parcels on two adjoining city blocks, to the north and to the south of the existing Cathedral. The site to the north, the “Olive Site,” is approximately 27,500 square feet in area, and is proposed to contain a new building to replace an existing 16-unit apartment building with a new 14-story building containing 150 condominium units, approximately 5,000 square feet for new Cathedral offices, and four levels of underground parking to accommodate approximately 272 cars.

The site to the south, the “Nutmeg Site,” is approximately 20,000 square feet in area, and is proposed to contain a new 10-story building containing 90 condominium units, approximately 10,000 square feet for new Cathedral offices, and four levels of underground parking to accommodate approximately 210 cars.
