This is a luxury condominium project consisting of two 41-story towers. Each floor contains two condominium homes that are approximately 3,125 square feet (290 square meters) in size, offering large balconies with views to the Metropolitan Opera House and other cultural and entertainment landmarks. The two towers are connected at the top by a sky bridge which provides spectacular views and is available to the residents for entertaining. The ground level of the towers offers generous and impressive gardens, tea room, salon, library, meeting rooms, and VIP rooms. On the third level there is a fitness and spa facility that includes a full size pool area, massage rooms, yoga area, and a 15 person state of the art screening theater. The exterior shape and skin of the tower is a faceted glass system taking advantage of the abundant Taiwan sunlight. At the base of the tower, the building is clad in various granites and marbles presenting a luxurious palette of materials for homeowners and their guests.
