This project involved the conversion of 1100 Wilshire Boulevard office tower in downtown Los Angeles into 230 multi-family residential units.
Services provided by Johnson Fain included unit layouts, design of corridors, ground floor lobby, elevator cab interiors, mezzanine, 17th floor amenity rooms and recreational deck and sketch studies for selected glazing and window-wall treatments.
