The corporate headquarters for 21st Century Insurance includes a 300,000 square-foot, 11-story office tower and 1,430-car stand-alone parking structure in the Warner Center area of Woodland Hills. The office building’s siting and exterior palette of tinted glass and precast concrete is intended to work in harmony with the existing 11-story 21st Century Headquarters building which shares the site. A new plaza between the buildings provides a serene garden setting for employees and visitors to the site.
