Senior Design Architect
We are looking for a candidate that is a strong leader and excels at using computer software, such as REVIT, in the design process. A creative, conceptual thinker who has experience to develop a building from the beginning stage to overseeing the design intent during the construction documentation and construction process. Minimum 10 years experience on complex multi-use projects. Must be proficient with REVIT 2014 or above. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office is required.
Project Manager / Project Architect
Construction Administration Architect
We are looking for a licensed Architect to perform contract administration, site observations and to ensure work being performed is in accordance with contract documents. Substantial design and construction experience, a thorough understanding of construction techniques and methods, and the ability to interpret the intent of construction documents is required. Minimum 10 years experience in contract administration.
We are looking for candidates with dual experience and education in Architecture + Urban Design. The ideal candidates will be creative, conceptual thinkers who have experience with projects that include master plans, new town plans, facilities master planning, general and specific plans, site feasibility, and land use analysis for a variety of clients and diverse industries including: aviation, universities, media, public agencies, cities, the United States and international governments, resorts, private and public development, and redevelopment. Minimum four years of experience preferred, and must be proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp, GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
